How joining works

  1. Apply in about ten minutes. Your details, languages, what you help with, and your registration.
  2. We check your registration. Usually within a few working days. Only our team sees your documents.
  3. Finish your profile. Photo, introduction, fee and times. Your portal shows how complete it is and what to add next.
  4. Accept the professional terms and start taking bookings.

  • Registered or licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists and counsellors.
  • Working with adults (18+).
  • Comfortable working by video.
  • Especially those who work in Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Bengali, Arabic, Pashto, Persian, Saraiki, Sindhi, Gujarati, Tamil or French, as well as English.

What we ask of you

  • Keep your registration current and tell us if anything changes.
  • Hold professional indemnity insurance where your regulator expects it.
  • Keep sessions and client details confidential.
  • Turn up on time, or cancel early through the portal.

Who can join?

Psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists and counsellors who hold a recognised registration, licence or qualification where they practise, and who work with adults. You can apply from any country; we check your registration before your profile can take bookings.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee. We take a 15% platform fee from each paid session, and you keep 85%. Each colleague you refer who is approved lowers your fee by 1 point, down to 0% at 15 referrals, for your first year.

Who sets my fee?

You do, per 50-minute session. The only rule is a minimum of US$10 (about £7.47), so sessions are never sold too cheaply. Clients see the price before they pay.

How do I get paid?

By Stripe after each session where Stripe is available, or by a monthly bank transfer through Wise (for example Pakistan and India). Your portal shows every session and payment.

Where do clients come from?

People looking for therapy in their own language find us through our sites in nine languages, our mental health library and our directory of professionals, with clients served first in the UK, the United Arab Emirates, Ireland and Canada. A complete profile, with a photo, introduction, fee and times, gives them everything they need to book you.

What do I need to apply?

Your registration or licence number, a copy of the certificate (PDF or photo), the languages you work in and what you help with. It takes about ten minutes.

Is it for emergencies?

No. Sessions are booked in advance, with adults (18+). Clients are always shown local crisis numbers.
